Reciprocal international sports exchange
About NEO SPORTEX
We connect Indian athletes, coaches, academies and institutions with international training, expertise, sports science and partnerships — and help international athletes, coaches and institutions engage with India's sporting ecosystem.
Our mission
Our purpose: to make international sporting knowledge accessible in both directions, between India and the world.
Our mission is to connect Indian and international athletes, coaches, clubs, academies and institutions through reciprocal exchange, so that knowledge, methods and opportunities flow both ways.
How we work: NEO SPORTEX is a facilitator. We help partners find each other, design programmes and coordinate what has been agreed. Training, competition, accommodation, travel and other services are delivered by the participating institutions or by third-party providers, under arrangements agreed for each programme.
We look for suitable academies, clubs, coaches and institutions for each programme.
We coordinate institutional introductions and help partners agree what an exchange will involve.
We support programme planning, schedules and — where agreed — logistics.
A sporting world in which athletes, coaches and institutions in India and abroad routinely learn from one another, and in which talent finds the coaching, knowledge and opportunities it needs.
Every exchange should create value on both sides. International partners gain access to India’s sporting environment and talent; Indian participants gain international methods and exposure. Reciprocal does not mean identical: each programme is shaped to what each side needs.
NEO SPORTEX is an independent organisation. It is not a government body, and it is not an officially appointed government partner. We are not a travel agency, tour operator or equipment supplier.

Our founder
Karthik Subramaniam brings 25 years in sport, including the struggle of finding the right coach, nutrition and opportunities, before becoming an AITA-ranked tennis player. He has also been part of the Malaysian cricket league.
He founded NEO SPORTEX after building and exiting a ₹100-crore company, so that the next generation finds those pathways more easily.
