Former AITA-ranked tennis player, game-strategy mentor and entrepreneur. He founded NEO SPORTEX because he sees building pathways in sport as his true calling.

Why NEO SPORTEX

Karthik spent 25 years in sport. He knows how hard it can be to find the right coach, nutrition and opportunities, because he had to before becoming ranked by the All India Tennis Association (AITA). After building and exiting a ₹100-crore company while staying on its board, he started NEO SPORTEX out of his passion for sport.

Sport

Ranked by the All India Tennis Association (AITA); among the top five players in the Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association rankings.
Represented Karnataka and India at international competitions.
Trained at the Britannia Amritraj Tennis Academy.
Part of the Malaysian cricket league.
Tennis mentor in game strategy across South India: one-to-one coaching, personalised training programmes and team logistics for tournaments and travel.

Business experience

Exited a ₹100-crore company while continuing to serve on its board.
Director of Arken Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Super Grade electrical contractor providing complete energy solutions, with work on energy projects of up to 2 GW. He personally handled electrical balance-of-plant works for solar plants totalling 200 MW.
Master's in Industrial Engineering, University of Texas, USA (2009).
