How NEO SPORTEX collects, uses and protects the information you share.
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by NEO SPORTEX VENTURE (“NEO SPORTEX”), an independent international sports exchange and development facilitator. For privacy questions or requests, email team@neosportex.co, call or WhatsApp +91 98450 20875, or use our contact page.
2. What we collect
Only what you enter in our forms: your name and contact details, country, role, sport and sporting or professional information, organisation details and the content of your enquiry. We also record which page the form was sent from. Please do not include medical information, identity documents or other sensitive information.
3. Why we collect it
To review and respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to explore exchange or partnership opportunities with you. We process it on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
4. How it is handled
Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, which processes them on our behalf and may store them outside your country. Submissions are then accessed by NEO SPORTEX to respond to you.
5. Sharing
We share your details with a potential partner organisation only when it is needed to explore an opportunity you asked about, and we tell you before we do.
6. Children and young athletes
Enquiries for athletes under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who gives consent. We ask only for the athlete’s first name and communicate through the parent or guardian. Any programme involving a minor requires the parent or guardian’s involvement and agreed safeguarding arrangements.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time through our contact page. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
8. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are loaded.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
